Experience Adaptive Organisations: A Hands-On Day in Stuttgart
On 23 October in Stuttgart, we’ll be hosting a working day for everybody who wants to understand and experience firsthand what an Adaptive Organisation is, and how we, as the Society for Adaptive Organisations, help creating them — including navigating the pressure AI is putting on how organisations work.
The day runs as an Open Space: there’s no fixed agenda set in advance - instead, everyone in the room helps shape what we dig into, guided by the question “Adaptiveness by Design: What are the next steps to evolve your organisation?” No prior knowledge needed: come with whatever’s on your mind about adaptiveness in your own organisation, your insights and your questions and leave with a genuine feel for how you can make it work in practice.
