Urs Reupke

Urs Reupke has been working with agile ever since he took up professional software development in 2004. Starting out as a developer, his perspective shifted first to project management and onwards to product development, strategy and finally leadership. Today, Urs is a partner at it-agile GmbH and co-author of two books. He works with clients all over Europe, improving their products, leadership and strategy deployment.

Urs’s approach to consulting and training is impact focused, putting results over deliverables and politics. His expertise spans from traditional fields such as banking and automotive to modern environments like gaming and various startups.

As a martial arts practitioner and teacher, Urs strives for balance in all things and values oblique approaches.
