Dr. Timon Fiddike

Dr. Timon Fiddike is a managing director, trainer and coach at Agile.Coach GmbH & Co KG, which he co-founden.

Timon helps organisations create vital work environments that invite people to realize their potential and continuously improve their joint effectiveness and adaptability.

Timon has completed studies in chemistry (at Düsseldorf and Aachen, Germany and Paris, France) and computer science and did a Ph.D. on Machine Learning in Drug Discovery and Drug Design (at University of Potsdam and Fraunhofer Society FHG FIRST Berlin, Germany and Technical University Berlin, Germany).

Since 2025, supports customers in the field of software development with the help of AI tools. He documents his progress in articles, such as “KI-Coding Lernen: Ein Weg in 10 Schritten: Ein Erfahrungsbericht”.

He is a co-founder and leader of the Large Scale Scrum Meetup Berlin (2000 members) and Scrum Meetup Berlin and has co-founded the meetup groups Agile Dresden and Liberating Structures Lab Berlin.

In his spare time he co-develops the popular retrospective planning tool “Retromat”, which is used by more than 30.000 unique people each month.
