Roman Müller
Since 2013, Roman Müller has been pursuing his calling to transform working environments in organisations into meaning-driven environments. Starting out as an IT project manager in Hamburg, he switched roles to become an agile coach, where he was able to align multiple teams and products along the value chain even more effectively. In 2018, he founded the consulting firm Traffo GmbH in Stuttgart, where his calling came into its own. Since then, his passion has been to establish adaptive and people-centred organisations in all industries. He is a certified team and individual coach and trained in several methods. An idealist with an individual style and a highly pragmatic approach.
