With a degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, he specializes in software development. Since 2004, he has helped businesses foster a culture of continuous evolution. As a co-founder of DasScrumTeam AG, he champions Agile principles at the Enterprise level, notably through AME3 and ScALeD.
