Michel Goldenberg

Michel Goldenberg is an international trainer, mentor, and organizational culture strategist known for bridging anthropology, philosophy, and modern product development. As a Certified Scrum Trainer® with deep roots in software engineering, he has taught and mentored thousands of professionals across Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, helping teams and leaders rethink how they work, learn, and adapt.

With more than 20 years of experience in engineering, architecture, business transformation, and education, Michel combines hands-on technical expertise with a uniquely human-centered perspective. His professional journey includes large-scale enterprise projects for organizations such as Hydro-Québec, Bombardier, Ambev, Lloyds, and Nextel, where he designed and integrated distributed systems, data architectures, and decision-support tools.

Today, Michel’s work centers on Adaptive Culture Craft (ACC), a methodology he is developing that integrates anthropology, phenomenology (including Heideggerian thought), and adaptive learning theory. ACC enables leaders and teams to “see the invisible” patterns that shape culture and to design meaningful interventions that lead to true transformation rather than cosmetic change.

As a professional educator, Michel designs advanced learning programs that integrate empirical experimentation, organizational design, and cultural analysis. His approach emphasizes clarity, evidence-based learning, and the ability to adapt practices rather than blindly repeat them.

Beyond organizational work, Michel builds technical products and AI-driven systems, including knowledge-validation platforms, local AI assistants for learning, and automation tools for education management. He maintains a strong connection to software craftsmanship, investing time in C#, clean architecture, CI/CD, and local-infrastructure engineering.

Michel is also a global investor with expertise in multi-currency portfolios and dividend strategies. His entrepreneurial projects integrate technology, education, and long-term financial sustainability.

A frequent speaker, Michel is recognized for his clarity of thought, intellectual honesty, and ability to connect ideas across disciplines. His mission is to help people think better, see culture clearly, and build systems that evolve with reality rather than resist it.
