Shaped by a multicultural upbringing, Mario’s teaching career spans from 2005 through lecturing roles in Bangkok (2007–2011), grounded in a renowned STEM teaching methodology.

That pedagogical foundation carried into 2017, a pivotal year: Mario founded Agile Journey, gained certification to train and certify Scrum practitioners worldwide, and adopted the ‘Training from the Back of the Room’ method for hands-on, high-impact workshops. The same year, he began a second Master’s in Innovation & Design in Sweden, one of the EU’s leading innovation economies, building on his earlier degrees in Computer Science to blend technical depth with design thinking.

That cross-cultural fluency now shows up at scale: Mario has worked with 350+ companies across Europe, the USA, and India, helping ambitious professionals navigate complexity and cultivate stronger teams for results that matter.
