Mario Gadet

Mario Gadet is a Certified Scrum Trainer who teaches, coaches, and consults to people and organisations about agility, Scrum, lean thinking, and design thinking. He helps, inspires and educates them about values, principles, practices, benefits, and application of agility and lean.

Working internationally since 2008, Mario has a proven track record of developing products and delivering impact. He has focused on organisational agility and its applications since 2011, especially in large German companies.

Based in Munich, Germany, Mario operates through his company Agile Journey and has taught 297+ courses since becoming a trainer in 2017. His training approach follows “Training from the Back of the Room” methodology, creating dynamic and engaging learning experiences through hands-on exercises, exploration of metaphors, and open-ended participant discussions.

Mario’s professional philosophy centers on “creative ambitions to maximize the amount of work not done by learning, sharing and growing collaboratively.” He brings deep expertise in sustainable transformation and systemic improvement of organisations.
