Jens Coldewey

Jens Coldewey is the managing partner of improuv GmbH, Munich, and advises leaders and organisations on their path to greater flexibility.

Jens was one of the pioneers of the agile movement in Germany and has been introducing agility in companies of all sizes since 1998, from small start-ups to international corporations, from software development teams to organisational development and device development.

He was a board member of the Agile Alliance, editor-in-chief of the journal OBJEKTspektrum (now IT spektrum) and has been working in the Agile Alliance’s “Supporting Agile Adoption” initiative since 2012.
