Scrum Master with heart and soul

A good Scrum Master does much more than ‘just’ team and “just” Scrum. As a ‘true leader’, he or she embodies the values and principles described in the Manifesto for Agile Software Development and the Scrum Guide. When challenges and questions arise, they encourage others to use these values and principles as guidelines for decisions and their own behaviour.

Depending on the situation, I use different approaches, including mentoring, coaching, training and moderation:

Coach

Great teams are drivers of innovation and the basis for successful, agile companies. For me, coaching means accompanying teams and managers on their path to personal and entrepreneurial growth.

Trainer

The moments when insights become knowledge, when exercises become skills – that’s what drives me. In my training courses, I emphasise the importance of ‘experience’!

Mentor

Accompanying can also mean contributing your own expertise and experience. On my journey as a Scrum Master, I have gained a lot of valuable experience – it requires tact and sensitivity to apply this experience appropriately in new contexts at the right time!

Facilitator

The right framework conditions and a large repertoire of workshop and moderation techniques for meetings, retrospectives and workshops in a trusting, constructive atmosphere with a clear goal.
